MIL OSI Translation. Region: Russian Federation –

In IK-2 of the GUFSIN of Russia in the Sverdlovsk region came an inclusive theater – studio “ORA”, which is translated from Latin as “life”. Inclusive theater is a theater in which people with disabilities play roles. The convicts were presented with a performance based on the works of the diary entries of the Russian writer Daniil Kharms “Circus Printinpram”. Stage director Larisa Abasheva, with the support of the Shaman theater actors and choreographer Anna Svetlova, staged an interesting performance with elements of songs and dances.

Previously, the theater performed several times in front of convicts IK-12 (Nizhny Tagil) and implements several projects in this institution. The plans of the management of the theater-studio in the future are to stage a performance with convicts IK-2. Everyone who wishes, under the strict guidance of mentors, can try themselves in artistic activities.

Together with the artists, the photographer Alexander Osipov visited the colony. After the performance, everyone could take a picture with the artists as a souvenir. This is not the first time that such measures have been carried out on the territory of the colony after restrictive measures, which has a positive effect on the convicts.
