For five objects, project documentation is being developed, four houses are already under construction and two more new buildings have already been commissioned.
11 launch sites will allow 4.7 thousand residents of the Perovo district to be relocated to new apartments by 2024, at the first stage of the renovation program. Their total area was almost 130 thousand square meters, said the head of the Department of Urban Development Policy of the city of Moscow Sergey Levkin.
“Currently, design documentation is being developed at five sites, four houses are under construction and two more new buildings have already been commissioned,” said the head of the Department.
Launch sites are located on 1st Vladimirskaya, 2nd Vladimirskaya and 3rd Vladimirskaya streets, as well as on Metallurgov, Plekhanov, Plyushchev, Novogireevskaya and Perovskaya streets. In total, there are 15 launch sites in Perov, and 196 houses, in which 42.5 thousand residents live, are subject to resettlement.
The renovation program was approved in 2017. It provides for the resettlement of 5175 houses, in which about one million Muscovites live. In addition, all new apartments have improved finishing according to the renovation program standards approved by the Moscow Government.
