Today, on the eve of Victory Day, in the Main Command of the Navy and in units directly subordinate to the Commander-in-Chief of the Navy, the traditional educational and propaganda action on the theme of the events of the Great Patriotic War “Victory Dictation” took place.

In military units and organizations directly subordinate to the Commander-in-Chief of the Navy, 43 sites were created to write the “Victory Dictation”, 10 of which were located on the territory of military units and educational institutions of the Navy, the rest were formed jointly with state authorities and public organizations … The total number of participants in the action was more than 6 thousand people.

In accordance with the instructions of the Commander-in-Chief of the Navy, Admiral Nikolai Yevmenov, a central platform was created in the building of the Main Admiralty, where more than 100 admirals, officers of the Main Command of the Navy, veterans of the Navy, cadets of naval educational institutions, junior soldiers and junior youth army took part in the action , as well as pupils of the Maritime School of the Moskovsky District of St. Petersburg and the Secondary School No. 245 named after the Hero of the Soviet Union Yu.V. Pastorova.

In addition, the main sites are organized in the cities of St. Petersburg, Sevastopol, Murmansk, Kaliningrad and in seven other settlements of the Russian Federation, as well as in the Republic of Kyrgyzstan. About 5 thousand military personnel, civilian personnel and members of their families took part in these areas.

The main goal of “Victory Dictation” is to preserve historical memory, increase the level of historical literacy of servicemen, improve the military-patriotic education of young people, form high moral values ​​and encourage the study of the history of the Great Patriotic War.

The results of the Victory Dictation at the sites of the Main Command of the Navy will be reported to the Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Navy, Admiral Nikolai Evmenov.
