The head of the capital Department of Urban Development Policy Sergey Levkin… On April 30, residents of the Izmailovo district received inspection orders and from May 11 they will be able to see their new apartments. “In the Eastern Administrative District, new housing will be provided in a house at the address: Izmailovsky proezd, 5a. It is planned to relocate 513 people to the new building. They will be able to start moving after the May holidays. The Information Center will open on 11 May. The specialists will provide residents with all the necessary consulting services and help arrange the move to new apartments, ”said Sergei Levkin.

He also clarified that the houses to be settled are located at the following addresses: Nikitinskaya street, house 5, 3rd Spinning street, house 14, buildings 2 and 3, 2nd Spinning street, house 3, building 2.

The living area of ​​the new house in Izmailovsky Proezd is 54.1 thousand square meters. The new building has 850 apartments: 243 one-room, 420 two-room, 135 three-room, 52 four-room. The decoration of the apartments and common areas has been done in full accordance with the standards of the renovation program. In the courtyard of the house there is a playground and recreation areas.

In total, in the Izmailovo district, according to the renovation program, it is planned to relocate 59 houses with a total area of ​​residential premises of 139.9 thousand square meters.
