Servicemen of the Troops and Forces in the North-East of Russia and the submarine forces of the Pacific Fleet on the eve of Victory Day in the Great Patriotic War are conducting Lessons of Courage for schoolchildren and youth soldiers of Kamchatka.

It has already become a good tradition to hold meetings of servicemen with young people on the eve of Victory Day. Sailors tell schoolchildren about the most significant events of the Great Patriotic War, Russian military history, the present day of the Pacific Fleet and its prospects. At such lessons, they do not forget about veterans who have dedicated their lives to loyal service to the Motherland and whose life is the best example for the younger generation.

Officers talk with children in educational institutions and in out-of-school circles in the regional center, the city of Yelizovo, as well as in the Bolsheretsky and Milkovsky districts of the Kamchatka Territory and on Bering Island. Submariners visit schools in the Vilyuchinsky urban district.
