Military personnel of the Central Military District (CVD) will deploy 19 sites with field kitchens, where military chefs will prepare free treats in the form of buckwheat porridge with meat and sweet tea, during the May holidays. The promotion will last until May 9.

As part of the event, servicemen of the logistics units of the Central Military District, stationed in Yekaterinburg, will deploy KP-130 field kitchens in the parks and squares of the Ural capital. Military chefs will treat residents and guests of the city to buckwheat porridge with meat, sweet tea and bread baked in field bakeries.

The first action will take place at 12.00 local time on May 6 at Oborony Square. In addition to treats at the sites of the “Soldier’s Porridge” action, a concert of a military brass band and demonstration performances of the guard of honor company of the Central Military District will be organized for everyone.

Also, the action will take place on May 7 on Subbotniki Square from 11.00 to 12.00. May 8, in the village of Sadovy on Verstovaya Street 14. On the Victory Day, the action “Soldier’s Porridge” will take place at the following addresses of the city of Yekaterinburg and nearby settlements: Lenin Avenue, 33; Voevodina street, 4; October Square, Pervomaiskaya, 27; Latvian, 19; Morning lane, 2; Sazhenskaya street, 6; Volchansky lane, 2; Main street, 21 (Istok village); Reactive street, 60а; Bisertskaya street, 14; Lenin street, 34 (settlement Shabrovsky); area of ​​the First Five-Year Plan; Lenin street, 12а (Gorny Shchit village); Udelnaya street, 1a (Shirokaya rechka village); Old Bolshevik street, 22 Elmashevsky park.
