Most of the information about the patient’s condition is entered into the card automatically using mobile applications.

Muscovites have made more than 65 million entries in the “Health Diary” section since its inception in the electronic medical record on mos.ruand in the mobile application “EMIAS.INFO”.

The data collected in it helps the doctor to form a more complete picture of the patient’s health and to quickly track the dynamics of changes in his body. Most often, city dwellers enter heart rate data. Most of the information is transferred to the medical record automatically using applications synchronized with smart gadgets.

To set up sending data on body temperature, blood pressure, pulse, oxygen and blood sugar levels to an electronic medical record via mobile devices, you need to go to the “Other” section in the “EMIAS.INFO” mobile application. In it, you need to click on the “Send data” button, and then select your policy and indicators that will be sent every time you enter the application. Before setting up, you need to make sure that the EMIAS.INFO application is provided with access to AppleHealth or GoogleFit data. To do this, it is enough to update the EMIAS.INFO application and confirm the permission to access the specified services.

In the electronic medical record you can also see the results of the examination carried out in the pavilions “Healthy Moscow”, the protocols of medical examinations, the results of tests for COVID-19 and other laboratory tests, as well as the results of instrumental studies (CT, MRI, ultrasound, fluorography), including pictures, hospital discharge and vaccination history of adults and children. In addition, the townspeople can study information about the issued valid prescriptions, sick leaves and data on emergency calls. Documents can be downloaded from a medical card and sent by email or messengers.

You can apply for access to your electronic medical record and your child’s record on through a standard or full account. The card can be accessed by users over 15 years old who have a compulsory health insurance policy.

If the account is a standard one, the service is provided at the request of the user within five working days, if there is a full account – on the day of application.

To get quick access to their electronic medical records, users with a full account need to go to, the Service Catalog tab, open the Health section, and select the Simplified Access to Electronic Medical Records for Users with a Full Account service. Next, on the page that opens, confirm the phone number and agree to the terms of use of the service. You can go to the medical card immediately after these actions and confirmation of the SMS code. On the same page, the user can mark children under the age of 18, whose medical records he wants to view. To do this, it is necessary that the information about the children is indicated in the personal account on the portal and verified.

The implementation of such solutions became possible thanks to a unified digital healthcare platform, which was developed and is being developed by the social development complex of Moscow and the city Department of Information Technologies.
