On May 28, the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation summed up the results of the Competition “Best Personnel Practices and Initiatives in the System of State and Municipal Administration”, organized by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation.

This year, 167 personnel jobs were submitted for the competition, 108 nominees reached the final. Among them is the personnel department of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia with the project “Models and methods of developing a plan for combating corruption in the Federal Service for the Execution of Sentences and its territorial bodies” – the developer is A.P. Vyunov.

For participation in the competition, the personnel department of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia was awarded a letter of thanks from the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation.

The All-Russian competition “Best HR Practices and Initiatives in the System of State and Municipal Administration” is held annually to determine the best HR practices in the civil and municipal service. Participants in the competition are federal government bodies, government bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, local government bodies, as well as government corporations, public law companies, foundations and other organizations.
