The virtual consultant has processed more than 260 thousand passenger requests since last autumn.

Chatbot Alexandra is planned to be integrated on all types of transport in the capital. This will be done gradually, since the virtual assistant will need to be taught to understand the peculiarities of urban transport.

In the future, the chatbot will be combined with information systems for land transport, railways, aeroexpress trains, as well as departments responsible for organizing traffic. Thanks to this, passengers will learn about the arrival and timetable of land transport, intercity buses, electric trains and aeroexpress trains, will have access to a parking map and information about car evacuation and fines. Also, with the help of a chat bot, users will be aware of the level of traffic congestion, will be able to find out about non-working traffic lights and broken signs.

Last summer in the project “Active citizen”a vote took place, the majority of which decided to name the virtual assistant Alexandra. Since the fall of 2020, the chatbot has responded to more than 260 thousand calls. The most frequent questions were about the Troika card and its replenishment, the closure of stations, routes and lost things.
