As the berries ripen in the more northern regions of the country, the number of sites will increase – a total of 174 addresses have been approved.

Strawberries and strawberries of domestic producers began to be sold in Moscow. Since June 1, the first 77 trading platforms have opened in the capital.

Producers from 15 regions of Russia, mainly southern ones, will sell berries there. Among them are the Rostov, Astrakhan and Volgograd regions, the Krasnodar Territory, the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic and others.

In total, 174 addresses were approved (in 2019 there were 150), where you can buy berries in special premises of the established type. The pavilions will be decorated in accordance with the agreed concept and will be easy to recognize.

On the shelves, you can find more than 10 different varieties of strawberries and strawberries – among them “Alba”, “Olvia”, “Octava”, “Malvina”, “Pegasus”, “Zenith”, “Great Britain”, “Bounty” and many others.

Trading places will be provided free of charge. Seasonal berries are in high demand, so this format of fairs will be in demand among Muscovites. In addition, it will help develop interregional cooperation, and it will be easier for Russian farmers to find sites for marketing their products.

Prices for berries this year are expected to be from 150 rubles per kilogram, depending on the variety.
