The house of the priests of the Church of the Apostles Peter and Paul is located in the central part of the former estate Petrovskoye-Razumovskoye and is a valuable element of the compositional and planning structure of the quarter. The building was erected in 1866 for the teacher of theology and the rector of the academic church of the Petrovskaya Agricultural Academy, which was being created at that time.
The house is notable for the fact that the childhood of the artist Alexander Golovin passed there in 1863-1879. The building is also associated with the names of scientists – biologist Sergei Bogolyubsky and the creator of the theory of mechanisms Ivan Artobolevsky. In the 1960s, the house was used for administrative purposes and also served as a hotel.
