“In the Northern Administrative District, under the renovation program, a new building was handed over for settlement at the address: Astradam proezd, house 9. 60 families, residents of house 11 on Vsevolod Vishnevsky Street, will soon begin to move. Now residents of 24 houses have moved or are still moving on the territory of the CAO. In total, relocation under the renovation program is underway in 50 districts of Moscow, ”he said.
Sergey Levkin recalled that by 2024, as part of the first stage of the renovation program, it is planned to start resettlement of 1,900 residents from 11 houses in the Timiryazevsky district.
In total, in the Northern Administrative District of Moscow, the renovation program includes 514 houses with a total area of 1.7 million square meters of apartments. About 109 thousand people live in these houses.
The renovation program was approved in 2017. About a million Muscovites took part in it – they are residents of 5175 houses. All of them will be able to move to modern comfortable apartments. In 2021, it is planned to build about 1.5 million square meters of housing.
