The III International Festival of Brass Bands “Fanfare in the Center of Asia – 2021” is being held in Kyzyl. This year it is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Tuvan People’s Republic.
The festival is held on the initiative of the Brass Band of the Government of the Republic of Tyva named after T. D. Dulush with the support of the Government of the Republic of Tyva, the Military Orchestra Service of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and the Association of Brass Bands and Performers on Wind and Percussion Instruments “Spiritual Society named after Valeria Khalilova “.
The headliners of the Spasskaya Tower took part in the festival events – the Central Military Orchestra of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation and the Orchestra of the 3rd year Suvorov members of the Moscow Military Music School named after Lieutenant General V. M. Khalilov, as well as the Municipal Concert Brass Band of the city of Abakan, a separate motorized rifle brigade (mountain), an orchestra of drummers from the Kyzyl Presidential Cadet School and a Brass Band of the Government of the Republic of Tyva named after Timur Dulush.
The festival of brass music was solemnly opened on June 1 on the Arata square. On the second day, Kyzyl residents and guests of the Tuvan capital awaited a spectacular musical procession of creative groups, an equestrian defile, a march-parade, a parade of conductors and a performance of combined brass bands. And today, June 3, the Timur Dulush Brass Band of the Government of the Republic of Tyva showed a unique ice program. The orchestra performed in front of the audience on skates.

On May 31, the IX International Military Music Festival “Amur Waves” ended in Khabarovsk, and on June 1, together with the leading musical group of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation – the Central Military Orchestra and the Orchestra of the Suvorovites of the Moscow Military Music School, we opened the Tuvan festival “Fanfare in the Center of Asia – 2021 “. We are returning to the normal rhythm of life. The orchestras have been looking forward to this. For a musician, as for any artist, live emotions and support of the audience in the hall are very important. There are still two festival days ahead. In addition to competition programs and concerts, round tables and creative meetings are held. “
Within the framework of the festival of brass bands “Fanfare in the Center of Asia – 2021”, a concert of the Brass Band of the Government of the Republic of Tyva named after S. Timur Dulusha – “Music on Ice”.
The festival will end on June 5 with a parade-concert of the Central Military Orchestra and the Brass Band of the Government of the Republic of Tyva named after I. Timur Dulusha in the 55th motorized rifle brigade (mountain).
