The building with an area of more than three thousand square meters will be designed for 200 children.
The construction of a kindergarten has begun in the Yuzhnoportovy district. It will appear at the address: Dubrovsky proezd, house 7.
“A new building with a well-thought-out layout, high-quality materials and a modern architectural appearance will be built on the site of the old one. It is planned to put it into operation next year, “said the head of the Moscow City Construction Department.
The total area of the building will be over three thousand square meters. The facades will be clad with metal panels with decorative curly ledges that will serve as color accents. The project provides for stained-glass glazing and various options for opening windows.
The kindergarten is designed for eight groups, or 200 children. The premises will be decorated in pastel colors with bright accents (no more than 25 percent of the area). This color scheme does not distract children from the learning process. In addition, the kindergarten will be equipped with everything necessary for the all-round development of children.
Also in the building there will be a dining room, a medical office, a music room with a storage room, a room for developmental studies, an administrative methodological office (with a place for a music worker and a physical education coach), a sports hall, speech therapist and psychologist offices.
On the adjacent territory, children’s playgrounds with awnings for walking and a general fitness and recreation area will be equipped.
“Construction of educational institutions is one of the most important social programs. Every year it becomes larger, objects receive a larger area and the number of places. This is due to the growing number of Muscovites who want to send their children to kindergarten or school. To avoid a lack of space, objects become more spacious. The convenience of classrooms, classrooms, assembly halls is being improved in new educational institutions, ”added Rafik Zagrutdinov.
Thanks to the Targeted Investment Program, more than 10 billion rubles are annually allocated from the city budget for the construction of schools and kindergartens. As noted earlier Andrey Bochkarev, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Development Policy and Construction, these funds are intended for the design, construction and commissioning of facilities.
So, since 2011, 440 buildings for educational institutions have been built in Moscow. And in plans to build another 180 school and kindergarten buildings in 2021–2023.
