At the training ground in Dagestan, a camp gathering with scouts of the marine corps of the Caspian Flotilla began.

During the event, servicemen will work out the organization of observation posts, reconnaissance ambushes, searches, raids, actions on patrol, learn the techniques and secrets of camouflage, covert movement and learn how to equip recreation sites.

An obligatory element of combat training for scouts will be airborne training, in which each serviceman will perform at least five jumps with the D-10 and Arbalet-2 parachute systems. The landing will be carried out in various weather conditions, both during the day and at night.

Also at the gathering, military scouts will study and work out a number of specific tasks in an environment that is as close as possible to a combat one. Particular attention will be paid to improving the skills of countering sabotage and reconnaissance groups, the use of special technical reconnaissance equipment, as well as the use of unmanned aerial vehicles.

At the final stage of the event, special tactical exercises with live firing will take place, during which servicemen will have to raid the area controlled by conventional illegal armed formations and carry out reconnaissance and destruction tasks of military facilities and communications on the territory of the “enemy”.
