Three more houses will have to be resettled and dismantled at the first stage of the program – until 2024, ”the head of the department said.

The new building is located next to the dismantled houses. Three launch sites have been selected in Butyrsky District. Almost 30 thousand people will receive new housing, who now live in 27 old houses.

In the North-East Administrative District, according to the renovation program, 499 residential buildings are to be resettled and dismantled. In the district, 74 launch sites were selected with an urban planning potential of more than 870 thousand square meters.

Formerly Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Development Policy and Construction Andrey Bochkarevsaid that under the renovation program, 290 houses are being designed and built.

“The renovation has picked up a good pace. Now, according to the program, 290 houses with a total area of ​​5.1 million square meters are being designed and built, ”he said.
