In total, 39 hospitals are connected to a single digital platform in the city.

Five more Moscow hospitals have joined the Unified Medical Information and Analytical System (UMIAS). The total number of hospitals connected to the digital platform has increased to 39. Anastasia Rakova, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Social Development.

“The development of a unified digital healthcare platform continues in Moscow. We have implemented UMIAS in five more hospitals of the capital: the city clinical hospital named after V.M. Buyanov, Voronovskaya hospital, city clinical hospital named after A.K. Eramishantsev, Scientific and Practical Center for Specialized Medical Care for Children named after V.F. Voino-Yasenetsky and maxillofacial hospital for war veterans. Thus, the number of hospitals connected to the system is now 39, and in another 15, work is underway to connect to the UMIAS. Now, doctors from five more medical institutions have access to the patient’s electronic medical record: they can get acquainted with the patient’s entire medical history and build on its basis more effective treatment tactics, ”the deputy mayor said.

UMIAS services free doctors from unnecessary paperwork. The system allows you to enter into the medical record of an inpatient all information about the patient’s state of health in an automated mode – from the moment of his admission to the hospital until his discharge. In addition, thanks to UMIAS, discharge epicrisis will be automatically available to doctors of city polyclinics. Thus, the continuity of treatment in inpatient and outpatient medical institutions is ensured.

Also, discharged epicrisis is available to citizens in their electronic medical records – on the portal or in the EMIAS.INFO mobile application.

Apply for provision of access You can access your electronic medical record and your child’s card on the portal through a standard or full account on the portal. For registration, the user must be over 15 years old and have a compulsory medical insurance policy.

Implementation of UMIAS

In all hospitals connected to UMIAS, network and hardware systems were updated, modern software was installed and more than three thousand employees were trained to work in the system. UMIAS is used not only by doctors, but also by nurses, including nurses, medical registrars and laboratory staff.

Today in Moscow 39 hospitals are connected to the Unified Medical Information and Analytical System, 15 more medical institutions are preparing to connect.

In the near future, all inpatient medical institutions of the city will join UMIAS. The largest medical complexes of the capital have already been connected to the digital platform, including the N.V. Sklifosovsky, Botkin Hospital, Morozov Hospital, City Clinical Hospital named after S.S. Yudin, city clinical hospital No. 1 named after N.I. Pirogov, city clinical hospital № 67 named after L.А. Vorokhobov, city clinical hospital named after I.V. Davydovsky.
