The new building on Chernoe Ozero Street is a nine-storey building with 44 one-room, 32 two-room, 18 three-room and eight four-room apartments. The building area is 12 thousand square meters, it has an underground parking lot, the first floor is non-residential.
The area of the ten-storey building on Orenburgskaya Street is five thousand “squares”, there are 20 one-room, 20 two-room, 12 three-room and one four-room apartments. The first floor will house consumer services enterprises, and so far the information center for the resettlement of residents under the renovation program is working.
The renovation program in this area included 55 houses. More than six thousand Muscovites live in them (more than two thousand families).
In addition to Kosino-Ukhtomsky, resettlement is now taking place in six districts of the Eastern Administrative District: Bogorodsky, Vostochny Izmailovo, Ivanovsky, Perov, Izmailovo and Severny Izmailovo.
