In total, the renovation program includes 514 houses in the Northern District of Moscow. About 109 thousand people live in their apartments with a total area of ​​1.7 million square meters.

The renovation program was approved in the capital in 2017. About one million Muscovites – residents of more than five thousand houses – took part in it. They will all be able to move to modern comfortable apartments.
