In military units and at the training grounds of the army corps of the Baltic Fleet, training sessions are held with platoon commanders. For three days, officers take tests in the subjects of combat training: shooting, driving military equipment, tactics, engineering, physical and special training. Also, they are taught according to the daily routine in the subdivisions, starting with lifting personnel, eating food and ending with evening verification, physical examination and lights out.

In total, within the framework of the training camp, it is planned to hold about 20 practical, demonstration, instructor-methodological and control sessions.

The main assessment criterion is the ability of junior officers to independently fulfill the requirements of the training programs.

At the beginning of each training period for a given category of servicemen, training camps become a kind of exam, in which senior command personnel check the level of readiness of platoon commanders to train and educate their subordinates.

In total, about 200 officers from motorized rifle, tank and artillery units, as well as specialists from engineering, radio engineering, logistics and other services, take part in the events.
