New training complexes were presented to the Deputy Minister of Defense, Lieutenant-General Yu-B.B. Evkurov at the branch of the VUNC Air Force “VVA” in Syzran.

Among them are automated training systems for the flight personnel of the Mi-8AMTSh (AOS-LS-8AMTSh) helicopter, the Ansat-U (AOS-LS-Ansat-U) helicopter flight personnel, Ansat-U (AOS-ITS-Ansat- U) and a simulator complex of coaxial and single-rotor helicopters for the initial flight training of cadets.

The final installation and commissioning of the complexes was completed at the end of May 2021.

The complexes put into operation fully imitate the controls and the cockpit of the helicopter. The visual information for the crew is simulated on high-definition screens that realistically reflect the virtual picture of the flight.

“Modern training complexes allow to significantly increase the efficiency of the cadets’ mastering of the flight program, to train the flight personnel to perform various tasks in the air, as well as to work out the actions of the crew in emergency situations,” the Deputy Minister noted.
