Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, Lieutenant-General Yunus-Bek Yevkurov at the Totsky training ground, as part of a working trip to the troops of the Central Military District, checked the training with specialists from the training ground service of the RF Armed Forces. This event is held with the aim of practical demonstration of new solutions for the equipment of educational facilities, for the operation of polygon equipment. Also, during the collection, the participants are informed of the requirements of the new laws of the Russian Federation on the use of natural resources and the protection of forests.

Lieutenant General Yunus-Bek Yevkurov inspected the landfill facilities and training sites for the equipment of the tankodrome, in the order of preparation of an automated system for monitoring the results of driving combat vehicles, for the equipment and maintenance of modular structures and electrical installations, and a point for storage and repair of landfill equipment.

Here, at the Totsky training ground, the leaders of the competition for the best training ground in 2020-2021, held in the Russian Armed Forces, were determined. and the award ceremony took place:

1st place – training ground “Prudboy” Southern Military District (Volgograd region);

2nd place – training ground “Sergeevsky” VVO (Primorsky Territory);

3rd place – training ground “Red Struga” of the Airborne Forces (Pskov).

At the ceremony, the Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, Lieutenant General Yunus-Bek Yevkurov presented awards and valuable gifts to the chiefs of the best training grounds of the RF Armed Forces.
