Another 6.9 billion rubles will be directed to the regions to complete the construction of roads and bridges. The order was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

Six regions will receive additional funding. In particular, with the help of federal support in North Ossetia they will complete the reconstruction of the tunnel leading to the tourist complex “Mamison”, and in Karelia they will complete the repair of the Olonets-Vyartsilya highway section. In the other four regions, state support funds will help accelerate the construction of road infrastructure facilities. We are talking about the construction of a bridge over the Zeya River in the Amur Region, a bypass of the city of Kaluga on the Annenki – Zherelo section, a bridge over the Bolshaya Yenisei River in Tyva and a bridge over the Svir River in the Leningrad Region.

The work is carried out within the framework of the national project “Safe and high-quality highways” and the state program “Development of the transport system”.

From the opening remarks of Mikhail Mishustin at the Government meeting, June 10, 2021

“Almost all facilities are in a high degree of readiness. We hope that these transfers will make it possible to complete the construction as soon as possible. This is necessary for the people who live in these regions, and, of course, for business. It is important to remove transport restrictions and improve road safety “, – said Mikhail Mishustin at the meeting of the Government on June 10.

The document will be published.
