Muscovites can make the hard work of doctors easier by being vaccinated against the coronavirus.
Sergei Sobyanin urged Muscovites to be vaccinated against COVID-19 in order to help the capital’s doctors, who are under a tremendous burden, as well as to protect themselves and those around them.
“I meet with doctors a lot and I understand that after we got out of the autumn-winter rise of the pandemic, the doctors exhaled slightly. And suddenly we move into another situation, even more complicated. It is very difficult to go to the front line again, just physically and psychologically it is very difficult. We, of course, admire all the heroism, hard work, and professionalism of doctors. We all admire, but listen, let’s help them, it depends on us, on each of us. Let’s go to the vaccination centers, graft ourselves, stop this misfortune and remove this terrible threat that hangs over every citizen, over every Muscovite. This is much more than just a thank you, ”the Moscow Mayor said in an interview with the Week in the City program on the Russia 1 TV channel.
Sergei Sobyanin also recalled that city health programs were not suspended even in the most difficult moments of the pandemic.
