In the House of Government of the republic, the Head of Adygea Murat Kumpilov met with the head of the personnel department of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, Major General Alexander Matveenko, and the head of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Republic of Adygea, Colonel of the Internal Service Vitaly Perkhorovich, who was officially appointed to the post.
The head of Adygea congratulated the new head of the department on the appointment and expressed hope for the effectiveness of further cooperation in maintaining a stable operational situation in the republic.
Alexander Matveenko noted that when choosing a candidate for the head of the Federal Penitentiary Service for the Republic of Adygea, the high professional qualities of Vitaly Perkhorovich, efficiency in achieving performance indicators, accumulated work experience and the ability to fulfill the tasks assigned to the service became decisive.
The dialogue was attended by the chief federal inspector of the office of the plenipotentiary of the President of the Russian Federation in the Southern Federal District in the Republic of Armenia Sergey Drokin, Prime Minister of the Republic Gennady Mitrofanov, Head of the Administration of the Head and the Cabinet of Ministers Vladimir Svezhenets, Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Adygea Zaur Sheudzhen.
– During Vitaly Perkhorovich’s work in Adygea, we have developed constructive relations, good interagency cooperation has been established to fulfill municipal and regional orders for the manufacture of finished products. I am glad that the Federal Penitentiary Service has managed to improve the performance indicators, to increase the volume of products produced in the colonies. It is important that the material and technical base of the institutions of the department is gradually being strengthened, – said Murat Kumpilov.
The head of Adygea pointed out that the potential for interaction with the Federal Penitentiary Service has not been exhausted in terms of using the capacities of the production base of the department. Murat Kumpilov recommended to more actively involve business in cooperation with the Federal Penitentiary Service, to inform entrepreneurs about the possibility of implementing projects at the production sites of penal institutions.
Vitaly Perkhorovich thanked for the trust and declared his readiness to carry out all tasks related to the execution of convicts in accordance with the requirements of Russian legislation, paying special attention to maintaining a stable operational environment. The head of the Federal Penitentiary Service also thanked the Head of Adygea for assistance and effective cooperation, thanks to which the indicators for receiving orders for placement at the production facilities of the penal system were significantly improved.
New contracts have already been signed, which makes it possible to provide work for convicts and to manufacture various types of products at the production facilities of the penal system for the needs of municipalities.
– I am sure that in the future the interaction of the department with the authorities of the republic will expand. Moreover, we have a lot of work to do to implement the initiatives of the President of the Russian Federation, which are related to the construction of social facilities. And this will require new capacities, including we will use the capabilities of the production facilities of the Federal Penitentiary Service, – said the Head of Adygea.
Alexander Matveenko also introduced the new head to the personnel of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Republic of Adygea, noting the high professional qualities of Vitaly Perkhorovich, and expressed confidence that the team under his leadership will adequately cope with all the tasks facing the republic’s penal system.
A positive assessment of the joint work with Vitaly Perkhorovich in their speeches was noted by the chairman of the Public Council of the regional Federal Penitentiary Service Vladimir Avedov and the chairman of the Public Supervisory Commission for the Republic of Adygea Viktor Mitriy.
In his response, Vitaly Perkhorovich thanked the leadership of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for their trust, assuring that as a result of the well-coordinated work of the entire team, the tasks facing the department would be completed.
