Deputy Director of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia Anatoly Yakunin introduced the new head of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Ulyanovsk region to the personnel of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, Sergei Baldin.

During the introduction of the new head to the personnel of the administration and the leadership of the institutions of the penitentiary system of the region, Deputy Director of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, Lieutenant General of the Internal Service Anatoly Yakunin, noted that Sergei Baldin has rich professional experience.

– The new leader has been tasked with maintaining law and order and observance of the rule of law, as well as establishing close and effective interaction with government authorities and civil society institutions, said Anatoly Yakunin, voicing the areas of activity that will be given priority attention.

In his response, Sergei Baldin expressed gratitude to the leadership of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the appointment and the confidence placed in him and expressed the hope that the professionalism of the team will allow us to jointly solve the most difficult problems.

Sergei Baldin also stressed that he is aware of the degree of responsibility entrusted to him and is ready to solve the assigned tasks in cooperation with the team and all executive authorities.
