The new building is planned to be commissioned in 2023.

In the Nagorny district, construction of a residential building has begun under the renovation program. The building will be located at: Electrolyte passage, possession 7a. This was announced by the head Moscow Construction Department Rafik Zagrutdinov.

“Currently, work is underway for the preparatory period: the construction of a household town and temporary roads, as well as work on the installation of sheet piling of the pit”, – he said.

A three-section residential building will be built according to an individual project. The facades will be faced with porcelain stoneware and clinker tiles, and baskets for air conditioners will be installed on them. Entrance groups will be decorated with stained glass windows.

The new building is designed for 318 apartments, their total area will be 18,902.27 square meters. Three apartments will be equipped for people with limited mobility – they will increase the width of the corridors and doorways, and also install special plumbing. The finished, improved finishing in the new apartments will fully comply with the renovation standards approved by the Moscow Government.

Non-residential premises will be located on the first floor of the building – shops, cafes, beauty salons, sports clubs, circles and sections for children will open here. The lobby will house a stroller, concierge room, cleaning pantry and mailboxes.

Elevators will be installed in each section, which will be equipped with visual and tactile means of information. In addition, the entrance to the building, the floor of the lobby and the elevator hall on the ground floor will be flush with the ground. Thus, mothers with strollers and people with limited mobility will be able to enter the entrance without assistance, and the tiles with a rough surface at the entrance will prevent slipping at any time of the year.

The new building will be equipped with security systems for the entrance to the building, warning and evacuation control in case of fire, fire alarms, as well as video surveillance.

The area around the house will be landscaped. In the courtyard, playgrounds for children and sports will be equipped, lawns and flower beds will be laid out, trees and shrubs will be planted and a flat parking will be placed.

The house is planned to be commissioned in 2023.

The renovation program was approved in 2017. It provides for the resettlement of 5175 houses and concerns about one million Muscovites. Participants are provided with support at all stages – from paperwork to the assistance of loaders when moving.
