120 rescuers, consisting of eight teams representing various departments and organizations, passed the first stage of the Special Lane competition within the framework of the All-Army Competition “Emergency Area”.

During the competition, the participants of the competition had to extinguish the fire source, overcome the blocked passage in personal protective equipment, climb a 12-meter climbing wall with a rescue tool and equipment, search for fragments, march across rough terrain in KamAZ vehicles, and fulfill fire training standards.

The best time for passing the first stage was shown by the teams of the Khabarovsk Formation of the 12th Main Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Defense, the State Atomic Energy Corporation “Rosatom” and the Northern Fleet.

From June 22 to 26, participants will have to go through the remaining two stages of the competition – “Relay” and “Victory spurt”.
