Muscovites are advised not to go outside during the hottest time and drink plenty of water.

Extremely hot weather is expected in Moscow on Tuesday, June 22. The air temperature during the day will rise to 33-35 degrees. Meteorologists promise partly cloudy skies, no precipitation.

It will become even hotter on Wednesday and Thursday: the thermometers will show up to 37 degrees during the day. Precipitation is not expected, partly cloudy will remain. On Friday, the weather will remain hot – up to 35 degrees, but in some places there will be showers. Local rains are also expected on Saturday, and the air temperature will fluctuate from 29 to 34 degrees.

How to escape the heat: doctor’s advice

Doctors warn: due to hot weather, a decrease in attention and performance is possible, there is a threat of heatstroke. It is recommended that you stay outside during the hottest part of the day if possible. If this is still necessary, you should choose light-colored clothing made of lightweight fabrics and wear a hat. It is very important to drink a lot of water – at least one and a half liters, give up coffee, alcohol and carbonated drinks. Also, don’t forget to use sunscreen.
