According to the Mayor of Moscow, the situation in the city remains difficult, but the pace of vaccination gives hope for its stabilization.

Muscovites began to get vaccinated against COVID-19 much more actively, said Sergei Sobyaninduring the inspection of the branch number 3 of the city polyclinic number 6. According to him, in recent days, the registration in vaccination centers has increased 10 times.

“Yesterday a record number was registered – about 60 thousand. Until recently, we fell to the level of six thousand a day. That is, the difference in recording is almost 10 times, “- said the Mayor of Moscow.

Nevertheless, the situation with the spread of the virus in the city remains difficult. “Today we are practically at the peak of the incidence rate compared even with the previous periods,” said Sergei Sobyanin. At the same time, the number of vaccinated people gives hope for a speedy improvement.

“This is encouraging, it means that Muscovites can receive reliable protection from a pandemic, stabilize the situation and return to normal life in the coming months,” the Moscow Mayor said.

Anyone over 18 can get vaccinated against coronavirus infection in the capital. Vaccination by appointment is carried out at 100 points on the basis of city polyclinics. It can be passed without registration in popular public places where mobile teams work, in seven centers of public services, as well as in the Healthy Moscow pavilions.
