At a regular meeting of the commission led by Presidential Aide, Secretary of the State Council Igor Levitin and Governor of the Tula Region Alexei Dyumin, the participants discussed the progress in implementing the strategy to counter the illicit trafficking of industrial products in Russia until 2025, including the development of a system for digital marking of goods by means of identification.

The meeting was attended by the Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov, members of the military-industrial complex board Sergei Bulavin, Vyacheslav Shport, representatives of federal and regional authorities, public organizations.

The issues of pricing in industry and the need to stimulate investment activity were also discussed.

The Governor of the Tula Region Alexei Dyumin, who heads the State Council Commission on Industry, noted that prices are growing not only for essential goods, but also for raw materials for industrial enterprises, including the military-industrial complex. The increase in prices for metal and building materials negatively affects the development of entire industries. Therefore, it is necessary to develop long-term systemic measures. The members of the commission decided to work out the concept of the federal law on pricing with the creation of a unified system of the national price monitoring system.
