The main topic of the meeting was digital transformation.

Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko opened the plenary session of the sixth conference “Digital Industry of Industrial Russia” (CIPR) in Nizhny Novgorod. The main topic of the meeting was “The new look of the digital five-year plan 2021–2025”.

It was attended by the Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Gleb Nikitin, General Director of Rosatom State Corporation Alexei Likhachev, Deputy General Director of Rostec State Corporation Alexander Nazarov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Sberbank PJSC Olga Golodets, as well as representatives of federal and regional authorities and specialized companies sector.

“A person should not think about where to connect to the Internet: broadband Internet should be everywhere. This is one of the key tasks. There have been significant achievements over the past five years. This year, all socially significant facilities, including schools, hospitals, will be connected to the Internet on behalf of the President of Russia. By 2024, 97% of households will be connected to the Internet. Only a small number of remote households will remain. For them, we are doing a separate, special project related to the satellite constellation. And most importantly, 95% of all services for citizens will be available online until 2022. This is the direction in which we are moving, ”said Dmitry Chernyshenko.

Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Gleb Nikitin told what the region has managed to do in the field of digital development over the past five years.

“First, a regional portal of public services was launched. Now a huge number of services are provided in electronic form, and the Nizhny Novgorod region has become one of two pilot regions where remote electronic voting was used. A feedback platform has been launched in the region – “It’s up to you!” and “Voice. For”. All this was launched during the five-year plan. Now hundreds of thousands of people vote, decide which improvement projects to allocate funds in the first place, interest in such services is constantly growing. The creation of the Regional Management Center made it possible to form a proactive position in solving problematic questions that people ask on the Internet. Now at the country level, platform solutions are being determined, an inventory and an assessment of the digital maturity of regions are being carried out, and in general everything is being done to move from point automation of projects to a seamless digital environment. The Nizhny Novgorod region will actively participate in this, ”he noted.

The head of the region thanked the partners for the cooperation.

“Together with Rosatom, the most powerful Nizhny Novgorod feedback program“ Nizhny Novgorod – Lobachevsky ”was launched. The Smart Sarov project took first place in the competition of the Ministry of Construction this year as the best digitalization practice. Together with Sberbank, we are building a digital ecosystem. We are working together with Rostec, ”added Gleb Nikitin.
