Muscovites are advised not to go outside during the hottest time and drink plenty of water.

Abnormal heat continues to persist in Moscow. Forecasters predict up to plus 35-37 degrees. Partly cloudy, no precipitation is expected.

During the hottest part of the day, it is recommended that you stay outside if possible. If this is still necessary, you should choose light-colored clothes made from natural fabrics and wear a hat. Use sunscreen before going out. It is advisable to work outdoors before 10:00 or after 16:00.

Doctors warn: due to hot weather, a decrease in attention and performance is possible, there is a threat of heatstroke. It is important to drink at least one and a half liters of water, give up coffee, alcohol and carbonated drinks.
