After filling out a special form, your data will be verified with the regional and federal register of patients, and if there is information about your disease, a QR code will be generated. If your data is not found, you need to contact the medical organization where you were observed to check the entry of the data into the register of those who have recovered.

If a person has not consulted a doctor or has had an asymptomatic illness, the fact of his illness is not recorded in the register, he will not be able to receive a QR code. 5. I have a negative PCR test, where can I get the QR code?

Such a QR code can only be obtained by citizens who have passed the PCR test in one of the city polyclinics or laboratories in the city of Moscow, transmitting data to UMIAS. Their list is published on website.

6. I am vaccinated, where can I get the QR code?

If you are vaccinated in Russia with one of the vaccines registered in the territory of the country, the medical institution is obliged to enter the data on vaccination in the federal register of vaccinated.

A paper certificate of vaccination received when the vaccine is administered directly at a medical facility is not a basis for access to a catering establishment or to a mass event, it is not a digital certificate with a QR code. Such certificates will not be accepted.

At the same time, the digital certificate itself with a QR code can be printed on paper, and it will be the basis for admission to the event and to the catering establishment.

7. Where can citizens without a Moscow policy and not attached to Moscow clinics get a QR code?

Those who do not visit city medical institutions do not have a Moscow compulsory medical insurance policy, and citizens from other cities can request a QR code through the mos.ru portal.

You will need a standard or full account on the portal to view the QR code about vaccinations, past illness or negative PCR test result. You can also log in to mos.ru using your gosuslugi.ru account. To get a simple account during registration, it is enough to indicate the last name, first name and patronymic, mobile phone number and e-mail address.

8. How can I get a QR code through the mos.ru portal?

– Go to the form for receiving a QR code via section “Services” on mos.ru or by link;

– go through authorization using your login and password from the mos.ru portal or from the gosuslugi.ru portal;

– last name, first name and patronymic, date of birth, SNILS, contact data will be loaded automatically from your personal account (if SNILS was not saved in your personal account, it will need to be entered manually);

– confirm your agreement with the terms of receiving the service;

– you will immediately receive a QR code confirming the vaccination, previous COVID-19 disease or the presence of a negative result of the passed PCR test.

The QR code can be sent to your email, printed on a printer or saved to your smartphone.

9. Where can foreign citizens (working and living in Moscow) get vaccinated?

Immediately after the Government of the Russian Federation makes a decision on the possibility of using vaccines registered in Russia, paid vaccination points for foreign citizens will start working in Moscow for foreign citizens. 12. Do minors also need a QR code to visit catering establishments and events?

If a child under the age of 18 attends an institution or event with parents who have a QR code, the child himself does not need the code to pass. 13. Is a vaccine from a foreign country a basis for obtaining a QR code and how to act if a citizen is vaccinated in another country?

Patients attached to Moscow polyclinics can receive a printed QR code by contacting the reception or by printing it out on their own in the clinic’s infomat.
