More than 170 military police officers of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation have embarked on a retraining program at the Military Police Training Center in North Ossetia.

The servicemen will undergo a new retraining program developed under the leadership of Colonel-General Sergei Kuralenko, head of the Main Directorate of the Military Police of the Russian Defense Ministry.

Within two months, military police officers, as part of a special course, will study the procedure for using special equipment and weapons, the latest “Turtle” equipment. It includes a helmet, a shield, and body protection.

The new training program is based on the combat experience of modern armed conflicts.

Upon completion of training, servicemen will pass tests for knowledge of the theory, for firing from a traumatic pistol PB-4SP “Osa”, performing combat techniques and putting on a protective kit.
