Today, the Noginsk Rescue Center of the EMERCOM of Russia celebrates its 85th anniversary of its foundation.
On this holiday, the Noginsk Rescue Center EMERCOM of Russia was awarded the Order of Zhukov for the courage and dedication shown during the performance of training and combat missions, high performance in combat and professional training. The corresponding decree was signed by the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.
Also, by order of the head of the EMERCOM of Russia, Yevgeny Zinichev, the best rescuers of the Noginsk SC were awarded military ranks, were awarded with departmental awards and valuable gifts.
At the solemn ceremony, after the removal of the flag of the Russian Federation and the battle banner of the Center, Deputy Minister of EMERCOM of Russia Viktor Yatsutsenko made a speech on behalf of the head of the EMERCOM of Russia Yevgeny Zinichev with words of congratulations to the personnel. The festive event was also attended by employees of the central office, servicemen of the center of the Russian Emergencies Ministry and veterans of civil defense.
“During the existence of the Center, its personnel have repeatedly participated in the elimination of various emergencies, as well as in humanitarian operations carried out both on the territory of Russia and abroad. A responsible approach to work, professionalism and indifference to other people’s misfortunes are the qualities inherent in a true rescuer. You have proved this in practice more than once, and hundreds of lives have been confirmed, ”the deputy minister read out a congratulation from the head of the department.
Adding on my own behalf that the Noginsk SC has a rich history, the forces and means of which are involved both in war and in peacetime, it successfully fulfills all the assigned tasks. Now employees of the Center are eliminating emergencies in Crimea.
“The Noginsk SC has rich traditions, its graduates today occupy leading positions in the EMERCOM of Russia. This speaks of the existing base, of sufficient training of personnel for solving all the tasks assigned to you. We wish you to successfully cope with them in the future. We are not in trouble. we are waiting, but we must always be ready for it. Be the keepers of all the traditions of our fathers and veterans who laid the foundation for the prosperity of our great Motherland. Thank you for your work, “the deputy minister said.
After the solemn part, the leadership of the Ministry, personnel and veterans took part in the ceremony of laying flowers at the monument to the liberator soldier.
The commemorative ceremony ended with a fireworks salute and the passage of banner groups and a banner platoon. Also, employees of the Noginsk Rescue Center demonstrated samples of emergency rescue equipment and special equipment in service with the SC.
Over 85 years of history, the Noginsk Rescue Center has gone from a local air defense regiment to one of the most important response units of the Russian Emergencies Ministry.
Over the past years, the forces and means of the center more than 120 times took part in measures to eliminate natural and man-made emergencies.
The pyrotechnic calculations of the center carried out over 420 trips to destroy explosive objects found on the territory of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, as well as other states. More than 43 thousand explosive items were neutralized and destroyed.
Mine-search canine crews carried out 537 trips to inspect socially significant objects on the territory of the Bogorodsky urban district for the presence of explosive objects.
Fire brigades carried out 589 trips to extinguish fires in private property and industrial premises.
Emergency rescue teams carried out 293 trips to eliminate the consequences of road accidents.
NBC protection calculations carried out disinfection of 173 socially significant objects of the Moscow region with a total area of about 80 thousand.
Also, humanitarian cargo was delivered to the affected population from natural and man-made emergencies in more than 30 countries of the world: More than 80 automobile colonies and 440 aircraft of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia were sent. The total weight of the humanitarian cargo amounted to more than 75 thousand tons.
For merits and personal contribution to the improvement and development of the civil defense system, protection of the population and territories from natural and man-made emergencies, ensuring fire safety and safety of people at water bodies and in connection with the 85th anniversary of the founding of the Noginsk Rescue Center, the following were awarded:
