In the oldest educational institution of fire-technical profile – St. Petersburg University of the State Fire Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, in a solemn atmosphere, 300 graduates received diplomas of higher education and the rank of lieutenants of the internal service. 42 of the best graduates received honors diplomas, 10 of which were awarded medals “For Special Achievements in Learning”. Among them are 8 specialists who were trained in the direction of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Kyrgyz Republic.
State Secretary – Deputy Minister Alexei Serko congratulated the graduates on behalf of the leadership of EMERCOM of Russia: “Having entered the university, you have chosen the path associated with the noble cause of protecting the life and health of citizens, ensuring the safety of the population and territories of our country.”
The Far Eastern Fire and Rescue Academy (a branch of the St. Petersburg UGPS) solemnly released young officers 4 times. 42 people successfully graduated from the academy, 1 of them with honors.
On the parade ground of the State Fire Service Academy of the EMERCOM of Russia, 207 young lieutenants of the internal service, 70 students of the Institute of Management and Integrated Security, 25 students of the Institute for Training Leadership Personnel and 6 students of the Institute for Training Foreign Citizens bid farewell to the banner. 86 best graduates were awarded diplomas with honors, 15 young specialists received medals “For special success in learning.”
The festive event was attended by Deputy Ministers of the EMERCOM of Russia Anatoly Suprunovsky and Andrei Gurovich. He congratulated young professionals and stressed that the new stage of life is associated with great responsibility, requires the ability to make decisions independently, to be responsible not only for their actions and the entrusted team, but also for the life and health of our country’s citizens.
For yesterday’s cadets and students of the Ural Institute of the State Fire Service of the EMERCOM of Russia, today is doubly special, because the current graduation is an anniversary – 85 in a row.
Graduates were awarded 31 honors diplomas, the second were awarded a gold medal – for special success in learning. In total, 183 cadets and 31 students received higher education diplomas. At the same time, this year the institute also graduates students from the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The 21st graduation of students took place at the Civil Protection Academy. 547 specialists graduated from the Academy. 121 graduates received honors diplomas, 19 of them were awarded gold medals “For special achievements in learning”. In addition, 5 graduates completed training in the areas of postgraduate studies.
On the eve of graduation, the Academy held traditional farewell events with the university. Graduates of the command and engineering faculty laid flowers at the Sister of Mercy monument in the Maria Rubtsova park in Khimki, paying tribute to the memory of those who died in the Great Patriotic War. By the tree “Oak of Knowledge”, on the Alley of Alumni, students of all six faculties of the Academy laid commemorative plates on which the year of graduation and the symbols of the faculties are engraved. The evening of farewell to the Academy continued for the command and engineering faculty with the last evening calibration. By tradition, the events of this day ended with the last passage of young lieutenants along the parade ground and a festive fireworks display.
This year, the Siberian Fire and Rescue Academy EMERCOM of Russia trained 159 young specialists and bachelors in the specialties “Fire safety,” Technosphere safety “and for the first time” Forensic examination “. This graduation was the eighth for the Faculty of Fire Safety Engineers and the first full-fledged for the Faculty of Higher Education.
In a solemn atmosphere, in observance of the military ritual, 129 listeners and 30 students were awarded diplomas of graduation, badges, certificates of honor, and gratitude was announced.
On June 27, the 51st graduation of specialists from the Ivanovo Fire and Rescue Academy of the State Fire Service of the EMERCOM of Russia will take place. 618 graduates will receive diplomas of graduation from the academy, 22 people graduated from the academy with honors (8 of them with a gold medal).
The next special rank of the middle commanding staff “lieutenant of the internal service” will be awarded to 219 graduates of the fire safety faculty and 83 graduates of the technosphere safety faculty.
In a solemn atmosphere, about 2,550 graduates received diplomas of higher education and the rank of lieutenant of the internal service. Young specialists will continue to serve in the territorial bodies of the EMERCOM of Russia throughout the country.
