According to the plan, the Kaluga Innovation Center caught fire in the auditorium due to careless handling of fire. There is a threat of rapid spread of toxic smoke, which was formed during the burning of decorations, decoration and furniture. The fire was assigned the second difficulty rank.
An evacuation of 30 people was carried out from the building by a call from the GDZS. In the course of extinguishing a simulated fire, a new input appeared, that at least 2 more people could be in the building. Their detection was greatly complicated by the smoke that had spread throughout the Center. The injured visitors were quickly found and taken out of the building wearing special oxygen masks.
11 units of equipment and 42 personnel were involved in the conduct of fire-tactical exercises.
In the Oryol region, a short circuit occurred at a manufacturing enterprise in the workshop premises. The combat crews of the Orel fire and rescue units were immediately sent to the place of fire. By this time, equipment and combustible materials were on fire. A fire on combustible structures engulfed all the premises. The fire spread to adjacent premises, a threat to the life and health of people.
In conditions of smoke, the fire-fighters, using personal protective equipment of the respiratory system, inspected the premises and, having found the victim, put on the mask of the rescued person and took him to a safe place. During the reconnaissance, another person was rescued from the premises. The victim was unconscious, he was carried out on a stretcher and handed over to doctors. Firefighters have laid a main line to extinguish a simulated fire.
In total, 22 people and 6 pieces of equipment were involved in the exercises.
All the training questions of the exercises were worked out, the goals were achieved. In the shortest possible time, the conditional fires were localized.
