In the Crimean Naval Base (KVMB) of the Black Sea Fleet (Black Sea Fleet), a test tactical exercise (ZTU) was held to combat the underwater saboteurs of the conditional enemy.

The servicemen of the subversive forces and means (SDSS) detachment of the Black Sea Fleet conducted an underwater defense exercise, during which they worked out combat training tasks with the implementation of diving descents under water.

The combat training event was held at a specially equipped training ground in the Black Sea. As conceived by ZTU, the crew of a multipurpose anti-sabotage boat of the Grachonok type, with the help of the Kalmar search and rescue complex, discovered an unidentified group of divers under water.

To carry out the task of finding and eliminating conditional saboteurs, combat swimmers as part of a group in special equipment launched the boat from the side of the boat.

After the discovery, the “saboteurs” were conditionally destroyed with the use of underwater small arms, after which the combat swimmers inspected the area for the presence of installed mine-explosive devices.

The role of conditional saboteurs during the ZTU was performed by diving specialists from the PDSS detachment.
