The meeting was attended by representatives of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia: Deputy Head of the Department for the Organization of Medical and Sanitary Provision, Doctor of Medical Sciences Konstantin Dobretsov, Deputy Head of the Department for Organization of Medical Support for Employees of the UIS UOMSO Vitaly Fedorov, as well as Head of the University Alexander Krymov, Deputy Head for Academic Affairs Inna Uskacheva, representatives educational department of the University and branch number 18 FKUZ “MSCh – 78 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia”.
At the meeting “On preparation for the implementation of additional professional medical education programs at the University of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia”, those present discussed the results of cooperation between the educational organization and the management of the organization of medical and sanitary provision of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, plans to conclude an agreement with a participant organization that has resources for the network form of implementation medical education programs at the University of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia.
The participants of the meeting planned measures to ensure the improvement of the quality of medical care for students and employees of the University of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia.
In the near future, work will be carried out to agree with the Human Resources Department of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia on the implementation in 2021 of the advanced training programs “Therapy” and “Topical Issues of Occupational Pathology”, providing the necessary educational, methodological, material, technical and personnel conditions.
Now work is underway to include additional professional programs of medical education “Therapy”, “Topical issues of occupational pathology”, “Surgery”, “Phthisiology”, “Health Organization”, “Otorhinolaryngology” system of the Russian Federation for 2022, creating conditions for the implementation of these programs.
