Employees of the operational department of LPU-3 received information that one of the convicts serving a sentence in the institution plans to organize the delivery of drugs to the territory of a restricted facility.

A 23-year-old resident of the city of Chelyabinsk arrived at LPU-3 of the GUFSIN in order to transfer food products for a convict serving a sentence in an institution.

The acquaintances asked the girl to take the package to the colony, keeping silent about the contents of the “gift”. She agreed to help and became a drug courier.

During the mandatory inspection of the transfer items, the employees of LPU-3, together with the employees of the Drug Control Directorate of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Chelyabinsk Region, discovered and seized a press bag with an unknown substance in green, hidden in a clever way inside a pack of butter.

The seized substance weighing about 1 gram was sent for research, which showed that the contents of the press bag were a narcotic drug PVP (a-pyrrolidinovalerophenone).

A citizen who tried to transfer drugs was detained. Recall that in accordance with article 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, criminal liability is provided for the commission of this crime – imprisonment for up to 12 years.
