In the military commissariat of Sochi, as part of the spring 2021 of the call of citizens for military service in the Armed Forces of Russia (RF Armed Forces), another group of recruits was sent to the troops.
70 conscripts will serve in the Strategic Missile Forces, the Airborne Forces, the Aerospace Forces, and the Railway Troops. 20 people were sent to the Russian National Guard Troops, and three young men were sent to the Presidential Regiment.
Young people as part of the draft teams moved to the places of service by road and rail. On the way, they are accompanied by representatives of military units and the military police of the Sochi garrison.
In total, within the framework of the spring 2021 draft from the Sochi military commissariat, it is planned to send about 400 people to the troops of the RF Armed Forces. More than half of them will be added to the Ground Forces; over 80 percent – formations and military units of the Southern Military District (YuVO).
The next dispatch of conscripts from the assembly point of the military commissariat of the city of Sochi is scheduled for July 3.
When carrying out conscription activities in the district, a complex of sanitary and anti-epidemic measures is implemented to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection.
Premises, territory and transport are disinfected by specialists of the troops of radiation chemical and biological protection of the Southern Military District. Assembly and recruiting centers are provided with the necessary medical equipment and test systems for express testing. All employees of military commissariats involved in conscription activities have completed vaccination, or have previously been ill with COVID-19 and have antibodies.
All recruits can be vaccinated against COVID-19 upon arrival at duty stations. More than 20 thousand doses of vaccine have been reserved in medical institutions of the Southern Military District for spring conscription servicemen.
Also, all measures have been taken to ensure security requirements and to monitor the health of servicemen along the route of military commands and in military units after their arrival at the place of military service.
