In the club of the Military Medical Academy, a solemn event was held dedicated to the graduation of students from the department of training civilian specialists in the specialty “Nursing” of the faculty of secondary vocational education.

56 people completed the three-year training, 9 of whom received honors.

The deputy head of the academy for military-political work, colonel of the medical service, Vladimir Lyutov, wished the graduates success on their professional path at the solemn ceremony. “It is gratifying that many of the nurses who have received their diplomas remain to work within the walls of the academy for the benefit of military medicine. Good luck! ”He said.

Acting head of the faculty of secondary vocational education, Lieutenant Colonel Dmitry Chernyshev emphasized that students study according to the main federal curricula, but the main difference and advantage of the academy is an excellent educational and clinical base on which future nurses are trained. He also noted the huge contribution to the training of students by the head of the educational department for the training of civilian specialists of the faculty Viktor Kucheruk, thanks to whose professional and human qualities many young people remain in the profession after receiving education or express a desire to continue their education.

The Faculty of Secondary Vocational Education is an educational and scientific subdivision of the academy, which trains medical personnel of the Armed Forces, professional retraining and advanced training of nurses, training of military paramedics, as well as civilian medical specialists of the secondary medical level – nurses. Training of specialists with secondary medical education in the specialty “Nursing” is carried out in 2 years and 10 months.
