The graduates of the academy were congratulated by representatives of the authorities and administration of Ryazan and the region, law enforcement agencies of the region, clergy, veterans of military service and law and order, faculty and staff of the university. The head of the academy in his congratulatory speech noted that the cadet years will remain in the memory of graduates as a real school of life.

– I would like to wish you with honor and dignity to continue the glorious traditions of your fathers and to fulfill the tasks that face the Federal Penitentiary Service in today’s difficult conditions. I wish you a worthy professional career, health, success and confidence in your own strength, – said the head of the academy Sergey Nikityuk to the graduates.

According to the established tradition, the graduates honored with a minute of silence those who died in the line of duty and said goodbye to the Banner of their native Alma Mater – the main relic of the educational institution in which they served.
