The amount of annual payments under the contracts will amount to over 18.3 million rubles. For comparison: in 2020, when such tenders started, 14 agreements were concluded for the right to place sports complexes, which should appear this year, “said Vladimir Efimov.
The winner of the auction can independently choose the type of lightly erected sports facility from the approved list of 25 items: from sports and recreation centers with a universal hall or an ice rink to a rowing sports base, a rugby field or a padel tennis court.
