A special menu of more than 20 dishes was developed by the chefs of the special forces of the Southern Military District for the participants of the competition of special forces units “Green Path”, held at the Molkino training ground in the Krasnodar Territory with the participation of foreign teams from Belarus, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.

The dishes are prepared taking into account the peculiarities of the national culinary traditions of the participating teams. Every day, four first and four second courses, juices and fruit drinks from various berries and fruits are prepared for the participants of the international competition. The salad bar offers competitors a daily choice of over 12 ingredients.

Especially for Kazakh and Uzbek colleagues, at least 30% of the total number of dishes are prepared from lamb and veal. Taking into account the gastronomic preferences of our Belarusian comrades, potato pancakes are prepared every morning.

In total, more than 500 participants of the competition eat three times a day in the military canteen. Also, the issuance of special dry rations for groups located at a great distance from the RPM is organized.

Competitions in the Krasnodar Territory are held from 02 to 13 July. In them, participants compete in moving over long distances, dropping a group from a Mi-8AMTSh helicopter, overcoming water obstacles, performing special tasks, combat shooting from a sniper rifle, machine gun, grenade launcher, machine gun and pistol, the action of scouts at an observation post and the withdrawal of a reconnaissance group to the rear of the enemy. At the final stage of the competition, the scouts ambushed and made a 10 km march.
