As part of the planned combat training of the Northern Fleet’s naval groupings, the ship’s search and strike group, consisting of the small anti-submarine ships Onega and Naryan-Mar, worked out artillery firing at a surface target in the White Sea.

In addition to performing artillery exercises, the crews of the IPC conducted joint maneuvers, worked out the tactics of conducting a search for submarines and a number of elements of the training course for surface ships.

At the final stage of the exercise at sea, the ships carried out mine laying in combat training ranges.

After completing combat training missions, the ships returned to the military harbor of Severodvinsk.

A few days ago, small anti-submarine ships “Yunga”, “Snezhnogorsk” and “Brest” of the Kola flotilla of heterogeneous forces fired artillery fire as part of a naval strike group in the Barents Sea.
