The educational building of variable number of storeys – from two to four floors – is designed for 300 students. The building will house classrooms, an assembly hall with 180 seats, a 14-by-24-meter gym with dressing rooms and showers, as well as an IT training ground, a library with a media center, offices with a transformable partition, a dining room, a medical block and recreation facilities.
A universal sports ground with a rubber coating, an amphitheater, an educational and experimental zone with a decorative fence will appear next to the school.
The two-storey building of the kindergarten is designed for 125 people. For each group, a playroom, bedroom, dressing room, buffet and toilet will be made. In addition, there are additional rooms for classes with children, a medical block and a laundry room. The building will be adapted for children with disabilities.
Playgrounds with shady canopies for different age groups, physical culture and sports and household playgrounds will appear near the kindergarten.
“After the developer submits a notice of the start of work, a schedule of inspections of the educational building and the kindergarten will be drawn up. Specialists of the Expertise Center will be attracted to them, who will carry out a complex of laboratory and instrumental studies on the quality of work. The Committee will establish control over the observance of anti-epidemic requirements by the builders, ”said Igor Voistratenko.
According to the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Development Policy and Construction Andrey Bochkarev, the capital is actively engaged in the construction of social infrastructure, including educational facilities. Since 2011, more than 300 kindergartens and 113 schools have been built. Every sixth kindergarten in the capital has been built over the past 10 years. “There are plans to build about 70 more preschool education facilities and almost 90 new schools by 2023,” added Andrei Bochkarev.
