“In the settlement of Sosenskoye on Vasily Oshchepkov Street, it is planned to complete the construction of the Sambo-70 school with a sports bias in the third quarter. The educational institution will be designed for 1125 students. They will have at their disposal spacious, well-equipped classrooms, where students, among other things, will be able to study foreign languages, cooking, computer science, the basics of wood and metal processing, ”said the deputy mayor.

Andrey Bochkarev added that the building will house methodological rooms and special workshops.

“The school will be perfectly adapted for in-depth study of the humanities and exact sciences. It will house a library and a media library, assembly and sports halls, as well as two swimming pools with a track length of 25 and 10 meters, ”he said.

According to the head Department of Development of New Territories of Moscow Vladimir Zhidkin, The educational institution is being built with extra-budgetary funds near the residential complex.

“The building meets all fire safety requirements and accessibility for people with limited mobility. In addition to the school, as part of the residential complex, the investor is building a kindergarten for 225 children and has already completed work on the facades. Construction is scheduled to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2021. The developer intends to transfer the kindergarten to the city property, ”he said.

Since 2012, at the expense of various sources of funding, we have designed, built and commissioned more than 90 modern equipped social facilities. By the end of 2021, at the expense of investors and the city budget, it is planned to complete construction and commission more than two dozen schools and kindergartens.

In the next three years, investors in the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky administrative areas plan to commission 69 educational facilities and seven healthcare facilities.
