About 1.2 billion rubles will be spent on the development of transport infrastructure in Russian regions. The order was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

Nine regions will receive funds. As Mikhail Mishustin noted at a meeting of the Government on July 8Most of this amount – over 1 billion rubles – will be used to restore road infrastructure damaged by floods. Among the regions that will receive such support are the Irkutsk and Amur regions, the Primorsky, Khabarovsk and Trans-Baikal Territories, and the Jewish Autonomous Region.

In three more regions, the money will be used to finance projects that are significant for the territories. So, in the Lipetsk region they will be spent on continuing the construction of the eastern bypass of the regional center, in the Oryol region – on the reconstruction of the bridge over the Zusha river, in North Ossetia – Alania – on the completion of work on the creation of an overpass on the Vladikavkaz – Lesken-2 road.

Maintaining road infrastructure and expanding it is one of the priorities of the Government. This year, 130 billion rubles have already been allocated for advanced road construction and reconstruction of infrastructure facilities.

The document will be published.
